Warranty period
Bloomming provides buyers with a 1-year warranty, calculated from the date of delivery of the order. In the case of orders consisting of several shipments, the warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the last shipment (complete order).

Scope of the warranty
The warranty covers physical defects that become apparent during the warranty period in the course of normal use of the product, such as defective or damaged components.
What can you expect under the warranty?
We will reproduce a product if it is not possible to repair the item. The reproduction will be as close as possible to the original in terms of color, geometry, and function. Since our designs and materials may evolve over time, certain colors or materials may no longer be available. In this case, Bloomming covers the shipping costs of the reproduced item. If it is not possible to make a product identical or similar to the claimed one, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the value of the original order. The voucher will be valid for 30 calendar days. The product that is the subject of the complaint will remain at your disposal; we do not take it back or dispose of it.
How to take advantage of the warranty?
You can make a claim by contacting us via /contact. We will review your case and respond within 14 days from the date of receipt.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear resulting from intended use, such as changes in color or minor surface scratches over time;
- damage caused by exposure to outdoor conditions;
- misuse, improper storage, assembly, or cleaning with inappropriate methods or agents;
- modifications or interference by the customer, including any changes to the structure of the product;
- mechanical damage such as scratches, tears, or cuts caused by external forces.
The warranty excludes natural wear and tear as a result of proper use indoors in accordance with the product’s intended purpose. Always follow the installation and care instructions provided.
