Bloomming furniture is delivered directly to your door in flat pack boxes by reputable delivery companies. Based on the delivery address and size of your order, we’ll choose the most appropriate courier to make sure your one-of-a-kind piece is cared for correctly.

Returns & exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that some things sometimes just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund. Exclusion: It is not possible to return or exchange the Facet freestanding room dividers, these are made-to-order items.

Returns must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be returned by the 14th]. We cannot accept returns shipped more than 14 days after the original receiving date. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a repair fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
