The product shipped from the Netherlands to Bronx New York; it was well packaged and arrived in good shape. The instructions were easy to follow and the components easy to assemble. I used a template to drill the holes in the ceiling as my screen is 12 feet / 340cm wide. The end result is really beautiful! Very happy with the product and will use it again in future applications.
