High praise for Bloomming! I was initially nervous about ordering products from The Netherlands (I live in the United States), given the many questions I had about the product and installation. But customer service was among the best I’ve ever encountered. I initially chatted online and then via email with Bas (the owner). He was always professional and friendly and offered great suggestions for what I needed for my space. He was even available for a zoom call so that I could show him the space in my home before I placed my order. I’ll admit – the installation was at first a bit challenging, but that may have to do with the large width (204cm) that we ordered. But all in all, the products arrived on time and in great condition, installation instructions were straightforward, and we were able to figure it out. The final product looks great in our home and perfectly serves our need for creating a divider. I would 100% recommend Bloomming!
